Donation Drive to Supply Oxygen Concentrators to Ministry of Health COVID-19 Treatment Centres is now CLOSED!
UPDATE (31 AUGUST 2021):The Malaysian Thoracic Society would like to thank all donors who have generously contributed towards the donation drive to supply Oxygen Concentrators to the Ministry of Health Quarantine and Treatment Centres.
As of 31st August 2021, we have contributed 64 Oxygen Concentrators with consumables to MAEPS Quarantine and Treatment Centre in Selangor. Another 10 oxygen concentrators were donated to the Kota Bharu Quarantine and Treatment Centre in Kelantan. In addition, a total of 50 oxygen concentrators, 167 Oxygen twinhead flowmeters, 10 units of Oxygen regulator pin index with Schrader valve, 10 palm pulse oximeters, 160 fingertip oximeters and 2 Powered air purifying respirators, have been donated to 16 Ministry of Health Hospitals in Johor (2 hospitals), Selangor (4 hospitals), Perak, Kelantan, Kedah, Sarawak, Melaka, Penang, Negeri Sembilan, Kuala Lumpur (2 hospitals) and Labuan.

Another 2 oxygen concentrators donated on 31.5.2021.
On 4.6.21 we delivered another 33 oxygen concentrators with consumables to MAEPS.
Another 10 oxygen concentrator machines were delivered to MAEPS on 10.6.2021.
Another 4 units of oxygen concentrators sent to MAEPS on 15.6.2021.
20 twin head oxygen flowmeters were donated to the COVID-19 ward in Hospital Sultanah Aminah Johor Bahru on 20.6.21.
These flowmeters help to optimise Oxygen port usage.
Ten oxygen concentrators were donated to PKRC Kota Bahru, Kelantan on 21.6.21.
Ten oxygen concentrators were delivered to Hospital Tengku Ampuan Rahimah Klang on 24.6.21.
Five oxygen concentrators were donated to Hospital Labuan on 25.6.2021.

2 units palm oximeter and 10 fingertip pulse oximeters to Hospital Labuan.
50 units fingertip pulse oximeters to Hospital Raja Perempuan Zainab II, Kota Bahru.
50 units fingertip pulse oximeters to Hospital Sultanah Aminah Johor Bahru.
All were sent by courier.

One palm pulse oximeter was donated to Institut Perubatan Respiratori on 19.8.21.
Fifty bottle humidifiers were donated to Hospital Serdang on 20.8.21.
Three palm pulse oximeters were donated to Hospital Tunku Azizah on 20.8.21.
5 units of Oxygen Twin Flowmeter and 10 units of Oxygen Regulator Pin Index with Schrader Valve were donated to Hospital Tuanku Ja’afar, Seremban on 20.8.21

50 Twinhead flowmeters were sent to Penang Hospital on 24.8.21.
Two units powered air purifying respirators were donated to Hospital Sultanah Bahiyah in Alor Setar on 25.8.21.
Two oxygen concentrators were donated to Hospital Umum Sarawak on 27.8.21.
6 units O2 concentrators were despatched to COVID wards at Penang Hospital at the end of Aug 2021.
Fifty fingertip pulse oximeters were sent to Hosp Seremban at the end of August 2021.
